In this video Eric covers harassment investigations. Eric has worked for over 25 years both with the United States Department of Labor and in the private sector investigating harassment and dealing with the real consequences harassment has on the victims and the companies they work for. The goal of this training is to guide employers on how to handle harassment investigations in a way that will best serve the company and any potential victims of harassment. While primarily focused on sexual harassment what Eric discusses can be used to prepare for investigations of other types of harassment as well. Eric covers who should and can investigate harassment allegations, how interviews should be handled and what should be asked and said during an investigation. Eric also includes his take on discipline if any harassment has been confirmed.
