Experienced Staff
Over the years Owen-Dunn has grown in size
and experience. But one thing remains unchanged – our personal
commitment to serve our customers. To instill the latest
in industry-focused knowledge, each member of our staff
completes Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified
Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Work Comp
Specialist (CWCS) or Certified Work Comp Advisor (CWCA) courses.
The
Erickson Claims Management staff provides clients with
their workers' compensation expertise, answering claims related
questions and suggesting ways that the client’s workers'
compensation program might be changed to be more effective.
They follow
the lost time claims through the claims process, ensuring
that reserves are appropriate and that actions are taken
to move the case along to closure. They work to ensure
that all relevant information from the client is received
and
understood by the carrier, and they explain the carrier’s
actions to the client. With their experience, knowledge,
and interest they effectively help clients control their
workers’ compensation costs. |
