our clients are unique. Owen-Dunn is committed to providing business

One of the ways that we are able to stay on top of our clients
needs is through our Service Expectation Agreement. This is a document
created by Owen-Dunn and our client that establishes the basic service
commitments we will complete and also lists projects to work on
during the following year.
The service agreement addresses many of the usual services offered
by Owen-Dunn. They include:
- Schedule of client/broker meetings.
- Claims Review frequency.
- Safety program needs.
- Client Advisor Meeting.
- Account Manager visits.
Working together we often identify other areas that clients wouldn't
traditionally look to their broker to address. We have provided:
- Plant equipment and property appraisal.
- Competent Person training for contractors.
- Legal answers to benefits questions.
- Human Resource Materials.
- Legal updates for trade associations.
This is only a partial list of the service we are committed to
providing our clients. Our goal is clear, we want to do the things
that will help our clients become more successful.
